General Terms and Conditions

1. Proof Approval Clients will receive a digital proof of the product for approval before production begins. Production will not start without written approval of the proof.

2. Turnaround Time Production time is approximately 4 to 7 working days after proof approval. This excludes shipping, which takes an additional 3 to 5 working days.

3. Shipping and Courier Arrangements

   • Clients can arrange their own courier service to collect their orders.

   • Alternatively, items can be couriered through Courier Guy. A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch. Visit Courier Guy for more information.

   • Fotofirst 123 is not liable for delays caused by courier services.

4. Custom Items Custom items are produced specifically for the client’s order and cannot be canceled once production begins.
