No Refunds or Returns on Custom Items
All custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable.Defective or Damaged Standard Items
Only standard (non-custom) items with defects will be replaced.
Items damaged during transit may be eligible for replacement after inspection and verification. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Inspection and Claims
Claims for damaged items must include photos and detailed information.
Damaged items must be returned for verification before replacements are issued.
