Please follow these guidelines when taking your ID / Passport / visa photo:
The photo should be a recent colour image with a light, neutral background.
The photo should be taken in a well-lit area with no shadows.
Your face should be centred and facing forward, with a neutral expression, do not smile. It should have full face, front view, eyes open, ears visible.
No Eye glasses are allowed in the photo.
Upload your Image in Jpeg / Png / PDF format.
Please specify the document type you need a photo for:
Passport (South African, International, which country etc.)
Visa (specify country: USA, UK, Schengen, Australian, etc.)
ID (South African Smart ID, etc.)
Driver’s License (South African, International, which country etc.)
Gun License, work permit, study visa
Other (please specify)
Our team of will review and edit your photo to ensure compliance with the stringent requirements and guidelines set forth by the relevant authorities. This includes precise specifications for backgrounds etc.
Please note: Online orders have a 3-4 day lead time, excluding courier days. If you need your photos urgently or cannot take photos yourself, consider visiting our store for our ID, Passport, Visa, and License photo service. In-store waiting time is approximately 5-10 minutes, depending on the volume of customers and is priced at R70 per set.
